To return the item(s) that has not been opened include your name, order number, phone number, email, and the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we have received it.  We cannot be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
